Product warranty is valid only when the customer purchases our product in accordance with our "Warranty Policy." Thank you in advance for your understanding.

  1. If the product breaks down during the warranty period under proper use in accordance with the user's manual and precautions, we will repair the product free of charge at the store where you have purchased the product.
  2. In the event of malfunction during the warranty period that falls under the preceding paragraph, if you wish to receive free repair, please consult the store where you purchased the product by bringing and presenting the product and this manual.
  3. If you wish to request repair under the free warranty, the product must be brought in for repair. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to the counter.
  4. In the following cases, even during the warranty period, the repair for the product will be charged.
    • If this manual is not presented.
    • If the date of purchase or the name of the store where you have purchased the product is not written in this manual or if these words have been modified.
    • Malfunction or damage caused by faulty use or repair, adjustment, or modification by the customer or the store other than the store where the product was purchased.
    • If the product was used for purposes other than home use (commercial use)
    • Malfunction or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc. after purchase.
    • Malfunction or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
    • The warranty does not cover damage to accessories.
  5. We will not reissue this manual, so please keep it in a safe place.
  6. This manual is valid only within the country of Japan.
  7. Please note that repair work requiring partial replacement of a product that has been discontinued for a certain period of time may not be supported even within the warranty period.
  8. The warranty will be valid for 1 year after the repair date for the same part after the repair.
  9. Depending on the product, the warranty policy of the distributor may apply. If that is the case, please follow the warranty policy of the distributor.

*If a product has its own warranty terms, the conditions of the warranty terms will take precedence.
If the product does not come with a form of warranty, the warranty covers only the initial defect.
If the product is defective, please contact the store of purchase or our company within one (1) week from the date of product arrival.
After one (1) week, you may be charged for the service. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period and is replaced with a substitute product, the warranty period shall be one (1) month from the date of replacement or the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

*About renting of replacement devices
We do not offer the lending of any replacement devices upon repair.

*About packaging of products when returning
When returning the repaired product, we will return the product with packaging which the customer has sent us with. However, in order to avoid damages during shipment, we may use packaging materials prepared by our company. In that case, please understand in advance that the packaging the customer has sent will be discarded by us.
